Check out Fletra Showroom Concierge.
Shoppers search your inventory, ask questions and send an inquiry to your team, right on your website.
This silent screen recording shows the assistant on a dealership website. A shopper taps Show SUVs and sees listings with a photo, VIN, stock number, mileage, drivetrain, fuel type, price and a link to the vehicle. They ask for diesel only, then ask to buy a trailer and see trailer listings. They open a callback request, enter a name, phone number and email, choose financing and trade-in answers, and save the request. The assistant confirms the request was saved. No information is conveyed through audio.
Fletra turns inventory into a posting queue.
Each operator gets their own queue, and every session reports itself.
Built for dealerships with inventory to move.
Questions dealers ask before setup.
Is Fletra only for dealerships?
No. Individual sellers can use Fletra too, at $150 CAD per month. If you have vehicles, trailers or equipment to post on Facebook Marketplace, contact us and we will confirm the setup for your situation.
How does a vehicle get posted?
Open the vehicle on your website and press Scan Page in Fletra. Fletra checks the latest price, lets you pick and reorder photos or use the suggested ones, removes logos from photos, and fills in the Facebook listing form. You review it and publish.
Does Fletra post automatically?
Your team can review each listing before publishing or allow Fletra to publish automatically.
Do we need a DMS?
No. Fletra reads from your existing inventory listings. No DMS connection required.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee. We handle deployment, configuration, and a walkthrough with your team before the first session, and we confirm the schedule during onboarding.
